Housing - Rental rate $21.00 per fortnight/per person. Most houses will have 6 adults, 10 children average per household. The community has recently built 4 new House. The majority of the community are having their rent deducted through Centrepay.

Banking Infrastructure - EFTPOS Facilities through the store only.

Mail - Mail distributed at the Community Office on Wednesday.

Essential Service (Electricity) - Power is generated by a power station which is in good condition, 2 new generators have now been in stalled. There is street lighting to the Community.

Water - There is water reticulation treated by ultra violet, quality is good. It is supplied 3 bores, there is water to all homes in the community.

Sewerage - Community houses are on sewerage excepting lot 64 and the public toilets at Council Office, Workshop and the staff Accommodation units at lot 4 and 5 which still on septic tanks system.
