The Kintore community have devised a 2 year plan, in which the community members will be encouraged to participate. The projects are designed to improved and equip the community with a better standard of living, and facilities, as well as generating economy within the community structure. The community is focusing on the following project;

• upgrades and renovates existing housing

• built a Child Care Centre
  
• built a Swimming Pool
  
• for roads machineries eg Grader and a Loader and
  
• Regional Housing Partnership and Regional Development
